Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Field Supervisor to oversee the MOD, servicing and repair of equipment as well as employee selection, training and safety for all assigned projects.
**On a typical day you will:**
+ Lead the performance of field operations for all MOD, service/maintenance projects
+ Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
+ Develop action plans to address deficiencies regarding safety, callback rates, and technical support
+ Generate field leads and assist service sales representatives in selling upgrades and repairs
