Manager, Finance (MFA)

The Finance Manager plays a key role in supporting the business through finance operations, financial and regulatory reporting, and strong stakeholder partnership. This role works closely with management and serves as a trusted point of contact for regulators, auditors, and bankers, contributing directly to business discipline and governance.

Position Responsibilities:

Set up, document and maintain proper accounting system, process and reconciliation to administration system for computation, payment and accounting of agency compensation and benefits

Establish and maintain proper accounting and internal controls for all collections and payments to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance

Prepare financial statements and statutory reports to ensure accurate and timely submission to regulators such as MAS and ACRA

Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and internal reporting requirement
