Job Description
Responsibilities: 1. Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, and GST Assessments: o Represent the organization during assessments with tax authorities for both Singapore and Indian entities. o Ensure timely and accurate submission of responses and documentation. 2. Transfer Pricing Study: o Conduct and review transfer pricing studies across all entities to ensure compliance with local and international regulations. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and implement effective transfer pricing policies. 3. Audits: o Manage GST audits, tax audits, and transfer pricing audits for all entities. o Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant audit processes. 4. Tax Payments and Reconciliations: o Oversee and run control checks on all tax-related payments. o Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accurate accounting and compliance with tax laws. 5.
