Our client, a global semiconductor leader with a major manufacturing presence in Thailand, is seeking a Manager Finance to lead financial planning, budgeting, and business analysis for the plant.
Your Role
- Develop and prepare financial plans and budgets
- Take ownership of all cost planning and controlling activities, ensuring plant KPIs related to spending, capital, and headcount targets are met
- Compile and review budgets for respective parts of the organisation, factoring in actual performance, previous expenditures, and estimated expenses and income
