Among the main tasks, the Controller will support local Finance team in:
- Supervise issuance of financial statements among with more than 20 information annexes, that are reported monthly to the local regulator (Superintendencia Compañías, Valores y Seguros)
- Support team on the monthly tax return reports and the annual income tax return to regulator SRI
- Validation of CAPEX projects execution and other related analysis
- Supervise aging of suspense accounts and others related to coinsurance businesses.
- Estimation and accounting of technical reserves, including UEPR and IBNR among others
- Reconciliation of balances with related parties abroad
- Coordination of quarterly review processes with external auditors and risk rating agencies
- Implementation of the company's accounting policies for local and GAAP purposes
