Education: MBA/PGP from a Tier-1 Institute (IIM preferred)
Professional Background: 3+ years of high-performance experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Transaction Advisory (Big 4). Strong background in deal-side mechanics or portfolio monitoring, with a deep understanding of how operational efficiency translates into bottom-line growth. Prior experience in Agri-Tech or FMCG portfolio companies is highly desirable.
