Were looking for a Food Safety & Quality Manager to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store tMart which is the regions first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait UAE Qatar Jordan Bahrain Egypt Oman and Iraq!
This role will be driving the implementation and continuous compliance monitoring of the technical requirements and procedures outlined in the Group Food Safety Policy and Food Safety Manual in the local market.
- Collaborate with other departments locally and centrally in order to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure that all employees receive the designated food safety & quality training. Localise and create of training materials templates procedures
- Investigate reports of food safety and quality issues at store level and vendor/supplier level
