What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and coach a pod of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and Technical Program Managers (TPMs).
- Own the technical delivery and implementation timelines for multiple customer accounts, ensuring objectives are accurately mapped to our platform’s capabilities.
- Understand implementation mechanics and configuration best practices; triage technical blockers and build sustainable solutions.
