Job Purpose
To support the Group’s transfer pricing governance and compliance by assisting in the preparation and review of documentation, providing advisory input, coordinating with stakeholders and external consultants, and contributing to the effective management of transfer‑pricing‑related audits, projects, and continuous process improvements at CIMB.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Group’s transfer pricing governance, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and CIMB’s internal policies.
- Review intercompany agreements, pricing models and templates to ensure adherence to transfer pricing requirements and identify tax issues requiring escalation/to be addressed.
