Manager, Global Service Delivery (Procurement Operations)Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Service Delivery (Procurement Operations), the Manager will lead a team responsible for delivering efficient, compliant, and customer‑focused Procure‑to‑Pay operational support across global procurement.
The role provides leadership, governance, and direction for high-volume procurement operations, including tail spend order support, purchase requisition / purchase order operational support, PO changes, supplier onboarding and enablement, Ariba catalog management, receiving / invoice issue resolution, operational reporting, audit support, and process documentation.
