The Manager, HC Business Partner is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives while supporting organizational priorities within high‑technology, engineering, and manufacturing environments.
The role partners with leaders and HR teams to drive employee engagement, talent development, organizational effectiveness, performance management, and change initiatives while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
