Duties & Responsibilities
- To be involved/responsible for physical rehabilitation and be a member of the management team of the hospital.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of the interrelationships of speech, occupational, physical therapy, or other rehabilitation programs in patient care.
- Ability to work in collaboration with other health care providers, staff, family, and patients in meeting patient needs.
- Demonstrates good planning, organizational and interpersonal skills necessary to maintain a safe, orderly and goal directed work environment for self and the therapy team.
