As Manager, HR Business Partner (Talent & Development), you will help shape, drive, and bring to life the people agenda for the Business Units in your care, with a dedicated focus on building talent management and development capability across the organisation. To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to embrace and communicate change and translate business context into programmes that land.
Key Responsibilities: Talent Management & Development- Drive the operational delivery of the organisation's talent review and succession planning cycle, including scheduling, communications, data preparation, and calibration logistics.
- Support the performance management cycle end to end, ensuring managers and employees are guided through each stage consistently and on time.
