Job Description
The Manager, Talent Enablement (TE) Operations is a senior HR leadership role responsible for managing HR Operations. This role ensures an integrated, endtoend employee lifecycle approach covering workforce planning, recruitment delivery, onboarding, retention, internal mobility, and employee experience. The position acts as a key bridge between the business, HR COEs, and Operations, driving scalable, compliant, and highimpact people outcomes.
This role manages HR Operations, with 7 direct reports including TA Partners and HR Specialists. Ideally looking for someone with a strong HR background in Tech industry.
