Job Purpose
Design and implement HSE systems to meet regulatory and industry standards while strengthening workplace safety and health performance.
Improve HSE processes through continuous evaluation and corrective actions to maintain a safe, compliant, and well-managed environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive regulatory compliance with OSHA, EQA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, PTW, and HRP by liaising with DOSH, BOMBA, and other authorities and updating policies based on regulatory findings.
- Advise management and the HSE Committee on safety trends, legal updates, and hazard control measures, and implement corporate HSE initiatives across departments.
- Lead incident investigations, conduct root-cause analysis, prepare formal reports, and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
