Requirements
- Relevant NQF 7 qualification in Development Studies/Human Settlement/Public Administration or equivalent
- Post graduate qualification will be an added advantage
- 5 years’ relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license with own transport
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Excellent communication, conflict and negotiating skills
- Must be able to handle highly pressurized situations
- Must be willing to attend meetings after hours
- Knowledge of Local Government Legislation and the Housing Code, Housing Subsidy Programmes and related legislation/policies and regulations
