Under general supervision, the position is responsible for the oversight of a single and/or multiple sites/ fleets, warehouse personnel, or non-J.B. Hunt assets, with one or more managers, including operational personnel (drivers, contractors, office, and/or warehouse employees). This position optimizes the company's assets by monitoring revenue and costs through effective P&L analysis and builds and maintains customer satisfaction through problem-solving, communication, and relationship building.
