1.Work with key business and engineering stakeholders to define the vision, strategy, and business roadmap for facility design and automation.
2. Apply professional and technical expertise in engineering to lead, plan, organize and coordinate the activities of a multidisciplinary design team during requirement definition, concept, detail design, and implementation phases of facility design projects to improve measures associated with capacity, cost, quality, service, safety, and people.
3. Coordinate and lead all aspects of change management including stakeholder engagement, consensus building, transition planning, monitoring & control related to new facility and equipment planning.
