The Manager, IKC Clinical Programs will play a critical leadership role in shaping DaVita’s integrated care strategy and overseeing the execution of key initiatives that support our shift to a value-based care model related to Stars & quality metric improvement. This individual will drive complex, cross-functional projects to design and operationalize innovative care models around quality metrics that improve patient outcomes, experience, and cost of care. This role requires a strategic thinker and operational leader who excels in navigating ambiguity and collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups.
