Manager, Immigration Services
A commercially driven role to lead and grow Stellar's immigration offering across New Zealand. Focus on business development, client relationship management, growth of immigration revenue, building the service offering, supporting consultants, and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow Stellar's immigration services
- Follow up leads generated by consultants, clients and candidates
- Convert recruitment activity into immigration revenue
- Promote immigration services as a value‑add solution for clients facing skills shortages
- Build strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Educate clients on immigration pathways, timelines and workforce planning
- Support consultants with immigration‑related client conversations
