About the role
As Manager Implementation Services (f/m/d), you lead the delivery of customer implementations within a sub-regional scope. While part of the wider DACH-Croatia organization, you are primarily responsible for Austria and Switzerland, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution, developing your team, and aligning with global standards.
What you will do
Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Implementation Managers, and support functionsOwn the successful delivery of customer implementations across AT/CH, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standardsPlan and optimise resource allocation across the full implementation lifecycle across multiple countriesDrive alignment of processes, tools, and ways of working in line with the global operating modelCollaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Success to deliver seamless customer solutions<...
