Summary: Role SummaryThe Manager, Customer Marketing – Immediate Consumption leads channel strategy and execution frameworks across convenience, forecourt, campus, and high-traffic urban outlets across GCM.
This role owns velocity growth strategy, cold availability standards, and asset productivity frameworks, driving measurable performance improvement across China’s dense retail network.
Please note: This role is not fully remote. The selected candidate will need to be based in Shanghai and follow our hybrid work setup
What You’ll Do for Us
Define Impulse & Velocity Strategy
Develop long-range growth strategy for immediate consumption occasions
Establish cooler placement, visibility, and asset productivity standards
Lead seasonal and event-driven activation strategy to maximize impulse capture
Drive Operational & Commercial Excellence
