About the job Manager in Training (Service)
Job Description:
- Ensure outlet efficiency and smooth operations, resolving operational issues promptly.
- Achieve daily sales and up-sell targets, monitoring sales closely and implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and provide constructive feedback.
- Motivate team towards company vision, injecting fresh ideas for efficiency.
- Maintain outlet cleanliness, safety, and administer paperwork effectively.
- Communicate instructions and information from higher management, hold daily meetings to review sales, safety, and guest feedback.
Split Shift: 12 noon to 10.30pm
In between: around 2hours break
