You will play a role in championing the workforce transformation and reskilling needs of enterprises in the Infocomm Media sector. We are seeking a candidate with strong business development or enterprise solutions experience, especially in engaging companies to identify how Workforce Singapore’s initiatives can support their business transformation and manpower needs.[What you will be working on]
Enable industry and enterprise capabilities through strategic manpower planning
Identify and assess key industry, manpower challenges and skills through data analysis and trend evaluation.
Engage strategic accounts and companies to ascertain company’s manpower related and reskilling pain points and work with companies to implement strategies for workforce transformation.
