Overview
The role sits at the intersection of infrastructure, private credit and structured finance, supporting the origination and execution of long?dated receivables?backed transactions. Our client is a rapidly growing, Abu Dhabi-based financial services platform.
Key responsibilities include the build?out of a new business line focused on financing predictable, long?term cash flows linked to infrastructure and energy?related assets.
Responsibilities- Supporting the development and execution of infrastructure and receivables?backed financing transactions
- Structuring and analysing long?dated cash flow opportunities
- Building and reviewing detailed financial models (project?style and cash?flow based)
- Preparing lender?ready materials and supporting discussions with banks and institutional lenders
