Overview
As a Corporate Tax Manager for North America and APAC region, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and strategy for our operations in the region. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations while optimizing our tax position.
Responsibilities
- Manage and review federal, state, and local tax filings for the company's North America and APAC entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize the company's overall tax liability while maximizing cash flow and profitability.
