Job Description
• Manage day-to-day operations of SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce platforms.Oversee system configurations, updates, patches, and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Provide user support and training on internal systems.
• Ensure software compliance with security and operational standards.
• Document procedures, workflows, and known issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers as needed.
Preferred Educational
Qualification : Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.10+ years of experience in software administration, technical support, or related roles. ...
