Manager, Learning Enablement Leads - Commercial Banking Operations

What is the opportunity

Commercial Banking Operations (CBO) is recruiting a Manager, Learning Enablement, to lead a team of Learning Enablement Leads (LEL) who support CBO training needs. The Manager is responsible for supporting LELs in the development and maintenance of effective training, delivery, and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and developing a team of Learning Enablement Leads.
• Working with stakeholders and LELs to establish best practices for delivery and improvement of learning programs.
• Providing national training framework direction and support on training requirements and deliverables.
• Developing relationships with business partners (CBO leaders, National Office, etc.) to support employee development and deliver on strategic priorities.
• Identifying opportunities and gaps in training programs across multiple lines of business.
