Manager- Liasoning
PURPOSE
- The key objective should be to analyse Architectural concept and coordinated services drawings, review for statutory compatibility and coordinate for obtaining sanctions and approvals.
AREAS OF OWNERSHIP & ACCOUNTABILITY
- Oversee all aspects of Liaison related activities of specific assignments in Zoning regulations, Ministry of Environment and Forests, Pollution control Board, KSFES, BWSSB, BESCOM and BMRDA ensuring adherence to prevailing guidelines, byelaws, regulations and compliances, efficient budget management and seamless coordination with architects, consultants and government officials.
- Approval process, planning and execution.
- Develop comprehensive plans for obtaining approvals for upcoming projects.
- Statutory compliance for ongoing and completed projects
- Ensure effective execution of liaison process in accordance with timelines and budget constraints.
