Our client is a Toronto-based lender in the real estate financing space. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Manager, Loan Servicing and Transformation to support the evolution of their servicing function.
This is a leadership role with a mandate to enhance processes, strengthen controls, and support ongoing operational and system improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team within the loan servicing function
- Oversee day-to-day servicing activities across lending portfolios
- Support reporting, reconciliations, and operational accuracy
- Drive process improvements and contribute to system-related initiatives
