What the role is
You are responsible for all logistics matters for the department. You also provide infrastructure support, oversee corporate IT provision, deliver logistics support, and manage logistics systems and databases.
What you will be working on- Manage office renovations, maintenance, facilities, and fixed assets to provide infrastructure support
- Oversee corporate IT procurement, equipping, stocktake, and compliance to directives and guidelines
- Provide logistics support including audit checks, uniform equipping, shipment, and air tickets
- Serve as the logistics subject matter expert to ensure compliance to directives and guidelines
- Manage logistics systems and databases
- Ensure accuracy through regular stocktaking and maintenance
