Join Singtel’s Loyalty Marketing team within Brand, Engagement & Loyalty, where you will help shape and deliver the next-generation loyalty ecosystem across Consumer and SMB segments. This role offers the opportunity to drive the SMB loyalty programme and support strategic partnerships such as yuu and Singtel UOB to create meaningful customer value. You will play a key role in expanding Singtel’s loyalty ecosystem through AI and data-driven partnerships, merchant collaborations, and personalised engagement initiatives. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on customer engagement, loyalty strategy, and business growth, while working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners on transformation initiatives.
