Job Description
**Position Purpose:**
Responsible for leading the structure and execution of analytical projects, providing thought leadership across their vertical, managing direct reports, and partnering with other Loyalty teams to deliver on key project milestones and outcomes. Acts as thought partner with all areas of the Company, including executive leadership, operations, merchandising, marketing and e-commerce.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ 10% Partner with the business to conceptualize business issues and translate into appropriate analytical approaches
+ 30% Analysis of large amounts of customer data to isolate key trends and business opportunities and develop actionable solutions and recommendations
