Front of House Manager

Location: V8 Roadhouse, Hartbeespoort
V8 Roadhouse is looking for an experienced and confident Front of House Manager who can run a busy floor, lead a strong team, and deliver consistent, high-quality service. This role is for someone who understands hospitality from the ground up and knows how to keep standards tight while still creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or senior supervisory role in a busy restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent customer service instincts and problem‑solving ability.
- Ability to stay calm, decisive, and organised during peak service.
- Solid understanding of reservations, seating flow, and floor management.
- Knowledge of bar, coffee, and food service operations.
