Maintenance Manager
Overview
The Maintenance Manager will develop and implement technical and preventative maintenance plans for buildings by leading the efficiency of all operational activities within the maintenance department.
Responsibilities
- Perform site inspections, develop reports and improvement plans for managed properties.
- Resolve all outstanding open work orders that exceed 30 days.
- Recommend solutions to move work orders towards resolution with Managers, Residential Operations, and Regional Directors.
- Supervise department team members to perform accurate general, routine maintenance, minor repairs, fire safety, and scheduled servicing operations in accordance with health & safety.
- Provide new team members with training including but not limited to fire, life & health & safety.
- Provide annually updated training as needed to all site staff as the need arises. ...
