Responsibilities
- Own the event lifecycle across three customer worlds (HLB Private Bank, HLB Priority, Mass Branch).
- Design future experiential marketing, from exclusive luxury showcases for elite clients to high‑energy community roadshows.
- Drive the entire event lifecycle: brainstorm themes, scout venues, source trendsetting speakers, direct creative design assets, and manage digital invitations.
- Collaborate with Segment Heads, Product Specialists, and Relationship Managers to ensure events align with commercial targets and customer follow‑ups are tracked.
