Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesPreferred knowledge areas:• Strong knowledge of gear manufacturing, Casting/ Forging machining, grinding, measurement & quality controls• Strong working knowledge of Axle Assemblies, Differentials, TVD, Ca• Understanding of heat treatment, distortion & dimensional stability impact• Expertise in axle assembly processes, Torque chart with troubleshooting capability, Field concern diagnosis on Vehicle level Assy• Knowledge of 7 QC tools, ISO /IATF , TPM, 5S, Lean (with implementation experience). Six Sigma Green/Yellow belt would be a plus• Hands-on with measuring instruments, CMM, gauge calibration & standard room practices• Exposure to SPC, MSA, Layout Inspection, DCP, DOE, PPAP, APQP for process control & improvement• Knowledge of internal audit (planning, execution, closure) • Proficient in engineering drawings & GD&T• Ability in defect analysis, RCA and CAPA implementation• Awareness of innov...
