ROLE SUMMARY
Our Global Cyber Defense team is responsible for safeguarding Pfizer’s digital assets and infrastructure through proactive threat detection, response, and risk mitigation across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
The Manager, Network Security is a part of a team of network security engineers and partners closely with Infrastructure, Cloud Services, Manufacturing, and Cyber GRC teams to embed security controls aligned to industry best practices, regulatory expectations, and corporate risk tolerance.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and maintain network security architecture across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, including segmentation, perimeter defense, and secure connectivity.
Lead implementation and optimization of firewalls, IDS/IPS, secure web gateways, ZTNA, VPNs, and network access controls.
