Job Description
This position is responsible for the execution of Arvato’s North American logistics processes supporting multiple customers and Arvato warehouses. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: YOUR TASKS
* Responsible for all operational tasks for North American transportation management via management of transportation professionals to ensure best in class operations strategy.
* Understand multi-client, multi-sector and multi-location networks.
* Ability to optimize transportation solutions over all modes (e.g. ocean, parcel, LTL and TL).
* Establish, track, and analyze and transportation-related KPIs.
* Provide transportation leadership and solution design support to customers as a value-added service.
* Drive development of a continuous improvement culture by identifying inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and increasing service quality.
