Job Description
What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and supporting resilience documentation for Canadian operations, ensuring plans are usable, current, and aligned to business needs.
- Identify and maintain critical and/or important business services, processes, and end-to-end dependencies, with specific focus on technology services, applications, infrastructure/platform components, data dependencies, and third‑party technology providers.
- Lead and/or support Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) and related recovery requirement discussions to define recovery needs and prioritization.
- Partner with IT Disaster Recovery and technology teams to align recovery strategies and procedures to business resilience requirements.
