C.H. Robinson is currently looking for a Manager Operations- Ocean Freight to join the service delivery team in Malaysia.
The Manager Operations- Ocean Freight will lead an operations team supporting a global customer base responsible for operational activities ensuring effectiveness and efficiency throughout the entire process. They will ensure the team achieves productivity, quality, and world-class service objectives by aligning resources and defining role expectations. The Manager Operations will also manage the performance and support employee growth and development.t They will have significant responsibility to continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, including service and cycle time optimization to meet business goals and efficiency targets.
