Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to take on a Team Leader role to provide Clinical Operations Support to selected Clinical Department(s) under the Division of Medicine(1) in an acute tertiary hospital. As the Team Leader, you will directly assist both the Director, Operations as well as the Clinical HOD(s) and key stakeholders to plan, develop and implement new care models and clinical services to support the running of the clinical services within the campus. You will also play an integral role in the strategic development of these clinical services through redesigning the patient journey through improvement projects or new developmental initiatives for the clinical department. In addition, you are expected to guide a team in other aspects of Clinical Operations Support including but not limited to: Project Management, Data Collection & Analysis, Resource Management including budgetary planning, procurement, Event Management & Logistics (on an ad-hoc basis) and other administra...
