This role is responsible for managing and advancing store operations processes with a primary focus on communications strategy and resource enablement. The Manager partners closely with Operations Business Partners and cross-functional teams to ensure store associates receive clear, timely, and actionable communications and tools that drive operational consistency and performance. The role leads process design, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment between enterprise priorities and store communications.
