Overview
This Manager, Operations Process Owner role focuses on Project Management, Operational Excellence, and Trade 360 Oversight. The incumbent will lead and deliver project oversight, status, timelines, issue and risk management for the PTO operations teams, which handle more than $50 trillion in transactions annually.
Responsibilities
- Support a team of Business Analysts in gathering and documenting processes, analyzing for optimization through performance, quality and other key data sets, identifying system requirements, and testing applications.
- Work with IT and vendor partners supporting and testing Trade 360 release builds.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute operational process improvement opportunities.
- Lead development and implementation of new tools and automation technologies.
