About this Role
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to support and drive digital initiatives for managing multi-domain and multi-vendor OSS platforms. This role requires a detailed understanding of modern OSS applications, architecture, and support environments, coupled with knowledge of DevOps practices, Agile methodology, and the ITIL framework.
What you will do
Ensure high availability of all in-scope applications at all times. Enable customers through automation and self-service capabilities. Take end-to-end accountability for incident resolution related to application faults and alerts. Manage vendor coordination and access to the production environment for troubleshooting, debugging, and incident resolution.
