Provides HR expertise to senior leaders in the assigned community or group. Provides leadership and guidance to HR Business Partner Organization colleagues. Translates thorough knowledge of healthcare into HR best practices for the clients, focusing on organizational development, change management, leadership development, succession planning, operational effectiveness, and labor and caregiver relations. Aligns Human Resources solutions with PeaceHealth's organizational strategies, key objectives, mission and values. Functions as a working manager, maintaining a portfolio of divisional assignments.
