About the Role:
The Jr. Plant HR Business Partner role exists to ensure efficient, compliant, and consistent execution of all HR processes at Plant level , translating People strategy and policies into daily Operational Delivery. The role acts as the first point of contact for managers and employees , supporting recruitment, employee relations, training execution, and People Experience on the shop floor. It safeguards operational continuity through disciplined HR administration and labour compliance. The role operates within defined frameworks , escalating strategic, complex, or industrial matters to the Plant People Business Partner.
