Job Title: Manager – Performance Marketing
Job Purpose: You will own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across digital channels – from campaign planning to optimization – in close partnership with our external media agency. You will act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and the agency, ensuring that campaigns align with Indias brand vision and performance goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
· Experience: 7+ years in Performance Marketing, preferably in Fashion, Lifestyle, Beauty, or D2C Consumer Brands.
· Platforms Expertise: Deep hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, DV360, Appsflyer, Adobe Analytics, and GA4.
· Analytical Proficiency: Strong command over Excel/Google Sheets & Presentation Skills, campaign analysis, and ROI modeling.
