**Job Summary and Qualifications**
As the Manager of Physician Programs, you will manage the daily activities and underwriting team responsible for the physician book of business. You will underwrite, quote and service physician malpractice risk for Health Care Indemnity (HCI) with emphasis on profitability and with minimal supervision. You will lead the presentation to the HCI Claims Committee underwriting files of prospective enrollees whose prior claims experience meets defined criteria; provide assistance and seek solutions for hospital administrators, PSG, London colleagues and JV partners relating to physician issues/contractual review matters.
