Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
- Provide leadership and oversight for the organization's project management function.
- Establish and maintain effective project management processes, methodologies, and standards.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning with the organization's strategic pillars.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, challenge the status quo and continuous improvement within the PMO team.
- Play an important role in the overall success of the organization’s projects.
- Provide overview of all deliverables in Rollout and Operation
